Lead Generation Specialist (Junior / Junior+)

We are looking for an active, organized, and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to become the "engine" of our sales funnel.

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients and initiating high-quality communication across various global platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Search for potential clients through diverse channels, including LinkedIn, Behance, Fiverr, and other relevant platforms.
  • Execute outreach campaigns via email and freelance marketplaces (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.).
  • Maintain and organize the lead database and CRM, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Handle first-touch communication with potential clients to spark interest and qualify leads.
  • Research international conferences, online communities, and new lead sources to expand our reach.
  • Analyze channel performance and participate in testing new lead generation strategies to improve conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Written English is a must, as you will be crafting personalized messages for global clients.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify the right targets.
  • A fast learner who is detail-oriented and takes initiative without being prompted.
  • Basic familiarity with Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and Notion.
  • Bonus Points: Previous experience with Upwork/Fiverr, knowledge of CRM systems, or a general understanding of the IT outsourcing industry.
