A custom dashboard and reporting solution designed for a multi-location home care business. The platform replaces manual spreadsheet workflows by integrating data from WellSky Personal Care and QuickBooks, automating reporting and reducing human error.
The system visualizes key KPIs such as hours delivered, new starts, margins, revenue, COGS, and net profit, while role-based access ensures schedulers, sales, and executives see only the data relevant to them. Built to support growth from 4 to 6 locations, the platform provides a scalable, centralized system that saves time and enables faster, data-driven decision-making.

The client was managing a multi-location home care business and needed to replace manual spreadsheet workflows with an automated reporting system.

Cloud Infrastructure on AWS
The solution runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The dashboard application and reporting services are hosted on Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) instances, while report exports and static assets are stored in Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3). Every release is delivered through an automated CI/CD process built with AWS CodePipeline and AWS CodeBuild, so new features reach users quickly, with consistent and repeatable deployments.
