We are looking for a Junior Recruiter with outsourcing or outstaffing experience. You will manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination. This role offers the chance to handle diverse vacancies, grow into a full-cycle recruiter, and contribute to our company’s scaling.
Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and adjust sourcing strategies.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the ATS.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on progress.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience in outsourcing or outstaffing companies.
- Understanding of the full recruitment cycle and candidate journey.
- Experience with ATS systems and recruitment reporting.
- Hands-on sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, niche platforms).
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills; ability to work with multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Upper-Intermediate English (both written and spoken).
