The Idea Behind the Project
The client managed more than 1,500 rental units and relied on a monthly Excel process to assess the condition of the portfolio. Information from property management, accounting, and maintenance systems had to be collected and combined manually.
As the portfolio grew, this approach made it harder to identify issues early and compare performance across properties. We helped establish a centralized analytics environment that brought the relevant operational and financial information together.
