Responsibilities:
- Researching target audiences and potential clients.
- Collecting and organizing client data.
- Qualifying leads at an initial stage.
- Creating and updating Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Working with hypothesis matrices for targeting.
- Managing LinkedIn profiles and activities.
- Writing and sending LinkedIn invite messages.
- Following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Using and managing HubSpot CRM.
- Preparing lead generation reports.
- Managing two lead generation specialists.
- Collaborating with the marketing manager.
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of experience in lead generation or a similar role.
- Solid command of English (B2 level or higher).
- Good understanding of technology market trends.
- Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and efficient task handling.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changes.
