The Idea Behind the Project

An aero-engine aftermarket platform that connects all aero engine aftermarket stakeholders in one place for leasing engines and engine sales.

The platform is aimed to simplify the aero-engine lease and sale processes with available tools like a marketplace, a social network-based communication system and documentation management.

In order to streamline the platform launch, the client was looking for additional resources to support their team during the MVP development.

In order to strengthen the client’s team and accelerate the product launch, we integrated two software developers ensuring seamless work and communication during the project.

Apart from bug fixes and performance enhancements, our developers implemented new and tailor made features and functionalities (i.e. assets searching, assessing, trading, networking and more).

We also optimized the usability of existing features according to user needs and pain points based on the feedback received during the beta testing.

As a result, the platform was successfully launched to the market and started to quickly grow its user base among professionals in the aircraft industry.
