The Idea Behind the Project

A mental health application that is designed to provide science-based self-guided tools and practical tips to support your mental health outside of therapy.

The main idea of the app is to help people with insomnia, depression and anxiety, as well as people feeling stressed or just feeling down by boosting their mood, routines, habits and well-being in a personalized and playful way.

Project Challenges

The application was already successfully operating on the market, but the client wished to add some advanced functionality to it to make it even better.

They had some developers in-house who worked on the existing infrastructure, however they were looking to expand and move faster.

The main goal was to upgrade the application by adding a modern solution that would simplify users' lives in difficult situations related to communication problems.

While working on improving the mental health application, we implemented smart text generation functionality for different types of situations. 

The text generator creates messages depending on who users want to talk to (whether it is a friend, family, colleague, or romantic partner) and the subject of the message. We also created the ability to edit the resulting text, customize it and get some hints for more accurate wording.

As a result, users are able to receive tips and useful advice on how to build and improve their relationships with people around and boost communication skills no matter the situation.
