We are looking for a Middle Product Owner to drive the development of a digital platform that opens access to Ukraine's open land market for small and mid-sized farms. You'll own the product vision, manage the backlog, and work directly with the client and a cross-functional team to launch key platform modules.
About the project: This digital platform aggregates data from state registries and open-market sources into an interactive map of Ukrainian farmland, including ownership, land use history, crop data, and more. The long-term vision is to evolve the platform into a comprehensive ecosystem connecting farmers with landowners, suppliers, banks, and buyers worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog: gathering, refining, and prioritizing requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Work closely with a cross-functional team to define priorities and ensure successful product delivery.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders; present product decisions and results.
- Participate in planning, refinement sessions, demos, and acceptance of delivered features.
- Analyze user behavior, feedback, and product metrics to guide prioritization.
- Evaluate the results of launched features and define next steps for product development.
- Balance business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
Requirements:
- Proven experience launching CRM, ERP, or FMS products.
- Experience building product strategy and roadmaps.
- Strong backlog management and prioritization skills.
- Skilled in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with Customer Discovery and hypothesis validation.
- Comfortable working with product metrics and analytics.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and databases.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban; Jira, Confluence, Figma.
- GIS, geospatial data, or AgriTech experience is a strong plus.
