Junior Finance Manager

We are looking for a Junior Finance Manager who wants to grow within an IT business. This role is a great fit for someone who loves numbers, has an analytical mindset, and is eager to learn quickly. 

About the Role: You will work closely with an experienced mentor, gradually taking ownership of payment reconciliation, invoicing, accounts receivable management, and financial reporting.

Professional Integrity & Responsibility: The Finance Manager helps maintain the team’s financial discipline and is accountable for the accuracy of financial operations. You are expected to maintain a high level of diligence and follow internal policies and legal standards to prevent financial discrepancies.

Responsibilities:

  • Reconciliation: verifying payments, bank statements, and accounting data.
  • Reviewing financial reports for accuracy and consistency with source data.
  • Issuing client invoices and monitoring their accuracy.
  • Accounts receivable: tracking payments, monitoring overdue balances, and communicating with clients regarding payments.
  • Participating in financial reporting preparation and gradually taking on broader finance processes within the company.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of financial accounting and operational processes.
  • Attention to detail, structured thinking, and analytical mindset.
  • Confident Excel / Google Sheets skills.
  • Willingness to learn quickly and work with financial systems.
  • Degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting (preferred, not required).
