About the Role: You will work closely with a dedicated mentor, gradually taking over cash flow management, project profitability analysis, and financial reporting.

Professional Integrity & Responsibility: The Finance Manager ensures financial discipline and is accountable for the accuracy of financial operations. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of diligence to prevent financial discrepancies, acting in accordance with internal policies and legal standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounting & Primary Documentation: Issuing invoices, monitoring accounts receivable/payable, gathering primary documentation, and managing bank statement reconciliatio
  • Financial Strategy: Assisting in budget development, monitoring execution, and managing Cash Flow.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Preparing P&L, Cash Flow reports, and assisting in Balance Sheet preparation.
  • Operational Finance Support: Full-cycle management of Private Entrepreneur (PE) accounts (Group 3), verifying payroll sheets, and organizing payment registries.
  • Business Planning: Participating in rate alignment (internal/external) and forecasting revenue based on team utilization.
  • Compliance: Interacting with banks and external auditors.

Requirements:

  • Hard Accounting Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting entries (double-entry bookkeeping) and financial principles.
  • Practical Experience: Proven experience in managing bank statements and handling PE (Group 3) accounts.
  • Mathematical Proficiency: Ability to perform basic financial calculations (e.g., converting time into decimal fractions for billing).
  • Reporting: Understanding of how to compile a Balance Sheet is highly desirable.
  • Tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables).
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, a high sense of professional responsibility, and a proactive mindset.
  • Education: Degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
