Rise is a game-changing US-based job search and recruiting platform that connects professionals of different levels (from rising stars to experienced senior leaders) with top companies seeking for talents that have desired skills and share the same values.
With its advanced AI matching algorithms, the platform provides personalized job recommendations, making job search fast, efficient and effective across various industries and sectors.
Project Challenges
The mission of Rise was to empower both companies and professionals to build meaningful relationships and engage towards a mutual goal to rise up faster.
After not successful experience with previous developers, the client turned to us to step in and continue the development of the platform.
Main goals:
- Platform development and launch
- To handle compatibility issues through integrating modern solutions within the limitations of the existing codebase
- To rebuild the frontend and reconstruct the backend to lay a foundation for new features
- To move Rise forward and keep evolving
