We are currently seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer (React + Node.js) to join our team for an exciting project with a leading healthcare client. This project involves developing a cutting-edge web application designed to monitor patient health metrics and manage all hospital visits. The application aims to improve the efficiency of health tracking, ensure timely access to medical data, and optimize healthcare facility operations, ultimately enhancing the overall quality of medical services.


Responsibilities:

  • Build web applications using React on the frontend and Node.js on the backend to process and monitor medical metrics.
  • Design the application architecture from scratch, including databases, APIs, and integrations with external services.
  • Work with APIs to integrate with medical devices and systems.
  • Ensure the protection of medical data according to security standards (HIPAA compliance).
  • Write and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers, DevOps engineers, and other team members.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience with React and Node.js.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), React, Redux, or Context API.
  • Experience with Node.js, NestJS, and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Development of RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
  • Proficiency with Git, Docker, CI/CD processes.
  • Understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of web development security principles and experience in implementing them.
  • English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare projects or familiarity with medical standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR).
  • Knowledge of TypeScript.
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure).
