We are looking for a focused and detail-oriented Trainee Lead Generation Manager to join our team. This is an entry-level operational role, perfect for someone who wants to start a career in IT Sales and Business Development.

Your main goal is to execute the first step of our sales process: identifying relevant job posts on Upwork and submitting high-quality proposals. It does not include direct client communication, calls, or closing deals at this stage. 

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously monitor Upwork for new job opportunities.
  • Analyze job posts based on budget, client location, tech stack, and request clarity to decide if they fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Craft clear, structured, and persuasive proposals in English using our approved templates and case studies. You will personalize them where it adds value.
  • Ensure every proposal is error-free, logical, and directly addresses the client's needs.
  • Maintain a lightweight "Pre-CRM" log of your submissions for internal tracking and transparency.

Requirements:

  • You have strong written English (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced). You can write clearly and concisely without generic fluff.
  • You can analyze a job post logically and understand what the client is actually looking for.
  • You follow instructions precisely and pay attention to the small details.
