Senior Front-End Developer

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our Engineering team. This is not just a UI role; you will be building a complex, high-performance tool that handles media streams and visualization to ensure aircraft safety worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the frontend of our AI-assisted inspection platform using Vue 3, Vue Router, and Vuex.
• Implement complex functionalities using Web APIs such as MediaRecorder, Canvas, Workers, and Websockets.
• Maintain high code quality through testing (Vitest, Playwright) and performance optimization techniques.
• Work closely with Product and AI teams to integrate machine learning outputs into a seamless user experience.
• Shape the frontend architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and developer experience (KISS principle).

Requirements

• 7+ years in frontend development.
• Deep expertise in Vue 3 and its ecosystem (Vue Router, Vuex/Pinia).
• Strong knowledge of standard Web APIs, specifically MediaRecorder, Canvas, Workers, and Websockets.
• Experience with Webpack/Vite and UI libraries like PrimeVue.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Vitest and Playwright.
• Proactive problem solver, comfortable with Agile/Kanban, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Based within a similar time zone to Amsterdam (±2 hours).
