Middle Flutter Developer

We’re looking for a Middle Flutter Developer to join a live, production-ready product. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with an existing codebase, can take ownership of tasks, and supports the product’s ongoing growth and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the existing Flutter application.
• Fix bugs and ensure stable, reliable product behavior.
• Implement new features and enhancements based on product needs.
• Improve overall performance and user experience.
• Work closely with the team.
• Communicate with the client to clarify tasks and align on expectations.
• Take ownership of assigned areas and contribute to product growth.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience working with Flutter.
• Experience building and supporting production mobile apps for iOS and Android.
• Experience working with web applications.
• Good understanding of app architecture, state management and clean code practices.
• Ability to debug and fix issues in existing projects.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and working with backend services.
• Basic knowledge of performance optimization and cross-platform behavior.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Good communication skills and experience working with team members and clients.
• English level: B2 or higher (spoken and written).
