Junior Lead Generation Specialist (Upwork)
Apply NowWe are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive specialist with minimal experience on the Upwork platform. This role is open to enhance our lead generation channel's effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Submit bids on Upwork aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Schedule calls for the CEO
- Maintain and update the CRM system
- Attend daily sales meetings and other relevant meetings
Required Skills:
- Proficiency with Upwork
- Basic knowledge of tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, Crunchbase
- Familiarity with CRM systems for IT businesses such as HubSpot or Pipedrive
- Strong command of English (B2+ level)
- Perseverance and attention to detail
- Friendliness and excellent communication skills
- Effective personal time management
- Willingness to engage with international customers
- Teamwork and ability to provide regular progress updates
