We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive specialist with minimal experience on the Upwork platform. This role is open to enhance our lead generation channel's effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submit bids on Upwork aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Schedule calls for the CEO
  • Maintain and update the CRM system
  • Attend daily sales meetings and other relevant meetings

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency with Upwork
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, Crunchbase
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for IT businesses such as HubSpot or Pipedrive
  • Strong command of English (B2+ level)
  • Perseverance and attention to detail
  • Friendliness and excellent communication skills
  • Effective personal time management
  • Willingness to engage with international customers
  • Teamwork and ability to provide regular progress updates
