  • You can represent the CEO professionally across various communication channels.

Tech Stack & Skills:

  • Google Workspace: Expert level in Docs, Sheets, and Calendar.
  • Organization Tools: Notion, CRM systems, and Task Managers (Asana/Jira/Trello).

  • Managing correspondence and filtering incoming information to prioritize what matters.
  • Managing task execution and reminding the CEO/team of upcoming deadlines.

Lifestyle & Travel Coordination

  • End-to-end travel arrangements (booking flights, hotels, and logistics).
  • Handling personal requests, event organization, and lifestyle management.

What We Offer:

  • Absence of micromanagement; a culture built on truth, trust, and transparency.
  • Annual salary reviews and a career development plan with mentorship.
  • 15 working days of vacation, 6 sick days, and public holidays off.
  • Individual legal and financial support; compensation for personal equipment.

  • Monthly happy hours, online team meetings, and gifts for birthdays/anniversaries.
