Trainee Partnership Manager

Responsibilities:
- Search for new relevant partner companies.
- Engage with partners through Telegram, email, and online calls.
- Communicate with partners about available developers and project requests.
- Respond to developers' inquiries.
- Maintain regular calls to sustain partner relationships.
- Congratulate partners on holidays.
- Collaborate with design agencies.
- Work through lists of potential companies for collaboration.
- Keep statistics, track conversion rates, and prioritize partners.
- Maintain a list of partners to avoid recruitment overlaps.
- Keep the bench document updated (shared with partners).
- Regularly request information from Project Managers about developer needs for projects.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates from partners (past collaborations and future opportunities).
- Collaborate on articles for websites and exchange references on LinkedIn.
- Update and enhance the Affiliate Program presentation.
- Organize screenings with recruiters and tech leads to maintain the candidate database from partners.
Requirements:
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions to various issues.
- Friendly, goal-oriented, and diligent personality.
- Ability to be available until 7-8 PM when necessary.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, responsibility, and punctuality.
- Basic knowledge of how service IT companies operate.
- Proficiency in MS Office and confident PC usage.
- Ability to work well in a team, effectively convey information, provide updates on work progress, and demonstrate engagement.
