Trainee Partnership Manager
Apply NowWe're looking for a responsible and motivated person to join us as a Trainee Partnership Manager. You'll help expand our network and maintain strong relationships with partners. Responsibilities:
- Partner Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential partner companies (including design agencies) via email, Telegram, and online calls to expand our network.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing partners through regular syncs, networking activities, and collaborative marketing (e.g., LinkedIn references, joint articles).
- Resource Exchange (Bench Management): Act as the main point of contact for resource sharing. You will update our bench documents, gather project needs from internal Project Managers, and communicate with partners about available developers and incoming requests.
- Data Tracking & Analytics: Maintain accurate internal databases (Pre-CRM/CRM) to track conversion rates, prioritize partners, and prevent recruitment overlaps.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our internal tech leads and recruiters to organize candidate screenings. You will also help update partnership materials, such as our Affiliate Program presentation.
Requirements:
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions to various issues.
- Friendly, goal-oriented, and diligent personality.
- Ability to be available until 7-8 PM when necessary.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, responsibility, and punctuality.
- Basic knowledge of how service IT companies operate.
- Proficiency in MS Office and confident PC usage.
- Ability to work well in a team, effectively convey information, provide updates on work progress, and demonstrate engagement.
