We’re looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to help grow our sales and achieve our revenue goals. In this role, you will create and implement sales strategies, support and lead the sales team, and build strong relationships with our key clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Manage and support the sales team to improve their performance.
  • Monitor sales data and adjust strategies to achieve targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Create sales forecasts and reports for management.
  • Work with the marketing team to align sales efforts.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to finalize sales agreements.
  • Attend industry events to connect with potential clients and partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or a related role.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends.
  • Experienced in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Familiar with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
