Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear User Stories and backlog items.
- Facilitate client meetings, demos, and discovery sessions.
- Prepare documentation for mobile apps and cloud-based platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, developers, QA, and PMs.
- Support the delivery team by clarifying scope, priorities, and edge cases.
- Maintain project documentation and suggest process improvements.
- Mentor and support junior business analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
- Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience creating clear and detailed requirements documentation.
- Ability to translate complex or unclear information into structured requirements.
- Familiarity with business analysis methods and best practices.
- Proficient in using tools for task and backlog management (e.g., JIRA).
- Experience working within Agile teams (SCRUM, Kanban).
- Experience leading early project phases, including requirements discovery.
