We are looking for a Middle Business Analyst to join our growing team! Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear User Stories and backlog items.
  • Facilitate client meetings, demos, and discovery sessions.
  • Prepare documentation for mobile apps and cloud-based platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, developers, QA, and PMs.
  • Support the delivery team by clarifying scope, priorities, and edge cases.
  • Maintain project documentation and suggest process improvements.
  • Mentor and support junior business analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
  • Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience creating clear and detailed requirements documentation.
  • Ability to translate complex or unclear information into structured requirements.
  • Familiarity with business analysis methods and best practices.
  • Proficient in using tools for task and backlog management (e.g., JIRA).
  • Experience working within Agile teams (SCRUM, Kanban).
  • Experience leading early project phases, including requirements discovery.
