Junior Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive Junior Recruiter with prior experience in outsourcing or outstaffing recruitment to join our team. You will manage parts of the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse vacancies and grow into a full-cycle recruiter while contributing to the company’s scaling.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and adjust sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the ATS.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on progress.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience in outsourcing or outstaffing companies.
  • Understanding of the full recruitment cycle and candidate journey.
  • Experience with ATS systems and recruitment reporting.
  • Hands-on sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, niche platforms).
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Organizational and time-management skills; ability to work with multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Upper-Intermediate English (both written and spoken).
