Junior +/Middle Manual QA
Apply NowWe are looking for a Manual QA Engineer who can independently perform manual testing, ensure high-quality testing within sprints, and identify issues before releases. We need a QA who will take responsibility for testing results and be responsible for achieving high project quality standards.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of manual testing experience with web applications.
- Knowledge of both frontend (React.js, Next.js) and backend (Node.js, Postgres, AWS) testing.
- Basic experience with API testing (REST) using tools like Postman and Swagger.
- Basic SQL knowledge (ability to execute simple SELECT queries with filters and joins is a plus).
- Proficient in validating functionality according to requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Experience in identifying, documenting, and verifying bug fixes.
- Ability to perform regression testing before releases.
- Actively participates in sprint meetings and provides timely feedback to ensure on-time delivery of features.
- Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken) — capable of communicating with clients, participating in calls, and writing clear bug reports.
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of web application features within sprint timelines.
- Validate new functionality according to requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps and expected results.
- Re-test fixed issues and verify bug resolutions.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint-related meetings when required.
- Provide timely testing feedback to the team to support on-time delivery.
- Perform regression testing before releases.
- Ensure tested features meet quality expectations prior to deployment.
