We’re looking for a motivated Data Analyst with strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and experience in IT or data projects. You’ll be working with data to create insights, build visualizations, and support decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau to support business needs.
Perform data analysis and generate actionable insights.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
Clean, model, and structure data using Tableau Prep.
Visualize data in a meaningful and user-friendly way.
Document analytical processes and maintain up-to-date user guides.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience as a BI/Data Analyst.
Hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Cloud, and Tableau Prep.
Strong proficiency in SQL, including experience with BigQuery, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Solid understanding of data preparation, cleaning, and modeling workflows.
Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis.
Experience in creating interactive dashboards and data visualizations.
English level: Upper-Intermediate (written and spoken).
Ability to write clear documentation and user guides.

Nice to have:

Background in software development.
Experience working with Google Analytics.
Familiarity with process mapping tools like Miro.
