Responsibilities:

  • Manage sourcing and actively search for candidates for various technical roles.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess soft skills, English level, and candidate motivation.
  • Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and tech leads.
  • Provide timely and polite feedback to candidates after interviews.
  • Write and publish clear, engaging job descriptions and manage job postings.
  • Maintain and update recruitment-related documentation and candidate database.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to support the full-cycle recruitment process.
  • Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably in IT/outstaffing/outsource companies).
  • Strong written and spoken English (B2+).
  • Experience with job boards, LinkedIn, and sourcing platforms.
  • Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Knowledge of Boolean/X-ray search techniques.
  • Good communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and a collaborative, team-player mindset.
