Senior Backend Developer (Node.js + AWS Specialist)

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer skilled in Node.js and AWS (API Gateway and Lambda) to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the integration of multiple third-party APIs, focusing on centralized API management, efficient data transformation, and secure, serverless architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Node.js Lambda functions for request transformation, data processing, and error handling.
• Configure AWS API Gateway to route user requests to third-party APIs.
• Design and document workflows for data flow, mapping, and error handling.
• Integrate APIs with varying data formats and authentication needs.
• Ensure API security (token handling, rate limiting).

Requirements:

• 5+ years with Node.js and AWS services (API Gateway, Lambda).
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs and API integration.
• Testing experience in Node.js (e.g., Mocha, Jest).
• Strong documentation and security practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, maintainable code.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with additional AWS tools (Step Functions, DynamoDB).
