Senior Sales Manager
Apply NowWe are currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is a key role focused on driving sales of our IT services, acquiring new clients, and unlocking new business opportunities - particularly in the Healthcare, FinTech, and EdTech sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare proposals, lead negotiations, present services, and close deals.
- Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
- Manage CRM systems, track KPIs, and refine sales processes.
- Collaborate with developers to estimate project costs and timelines.
- Work closely with the lead generation team to optimize outreach and conversion strategies.
- Optimize company and personal profiles to enhance lead generation.
- Generate reports and assess sales performance.
- Attend conferences and roadshows across Europe and the U.S. to expand business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of experience in IT sales, specializing in outstaffing and outsourcing.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Proven expertise in LinkedIn.
- Upwork experience as a valuable bonus.
- English level B2+ with experience in international client communication.
- Solid understanding of web and mobile development.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
- A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving KPIs.
